Mr. Stephen Chow graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and obtained his Master degree in Professional Accounting with credit. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant in United Kingdom, Chartered Accountant in England and Wales, Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong. He also has a membership with the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He has more than 28 years working experiences in the field of financial accounting, auditing, taxation, liquidation and so on.
